We've got a couple events coming up and things that are in the works.
One of them is Pac Brew Lab's garage. Aug 25th, thursday night, 7:00 pm. We'll be serving our smoked Beef Brisket sandwiches. Wash it down with some of Pac Brew's IPA's and other awesome brews. Did I mention, it was open invite and free beer? Get there early, beer and food does run out!
We're also working on 49ers specials and opening day events.

Blank Canvas.. For Now..
Introducing our new Gastronomic Vehicle! We're excited for our newest adventure - driving a Smokin' truck full of ribs and brisket and hoping not to spill HOT BBQ SOS all over the back while driving up and down the hills of San Francisco.
While we're still in the works of permits and inspections, we're letting everyone know we're coming out of the Bayview and we're taking our Warehouse mobile. Our take-out window is still going to be open and we might even take our truck down to the Peninsula.
It's still a blank canvas for now, all white and with a crazy imagination, we're excited to see what our graphic designer comes up with. We'll keep you posted on our locations (follow us on Twitter) and what our truck will look like.

Not so SECRET items
If you haven't made it to Smokin' Warehouse, we're letting you in on a couple of not-so-secret items - stuff that's not exactly on the menu. Menu items that's just posted on a flyer taped on our window.
Monster aka Smokin' Burger:
It's our 1/2 pounder Bacon Cheddar Cheeseburger topped with slow cooked Pulled Pork, Crispy Onion Rings and BBQ sauce (your choice of mild or spicy); ALL on a toasted bun. PLUS it comes with one side. ($10.50)
Just so you know, it's HUGE, thus the name MONSTER!
Mornin' Chili Dog:
A hotdog dressed up with deep fried hashbrowns, smothered with our Steak Chili, topped with diced onions and shredded cheese. ($3.65)
We're also introducing Salad options and a new side!
Salad:
Crisp green romaine salad with juicy plump tomatoes, sliced red onions and cheese, with your choice of Italian, Ranch or Thousand Island salad dressing. ($5.75)
If you absolutely need some meat with your greens, you could also get your salad with chicken tenders ($7.95)
Mac and Cheese:
Creamy mac and cheese, our favorite, turned up a notch with a little kick - jalapenos! You can now get mac and cheese with your meal or pick up a small ($2.75) or a large side ($4.00). Did I also mention there's bacon in there?
As for Summer drinks, we are still offering our slightly healthier options (instead of soda) - freshly squeezed lemon limeade and our freshly brewed peach black tea. ($2.25)
As for desserts, we're still tinkering on some ideas and recipes - among them, bread pudding!
Come on by to try all our not-so-secret menu items the next time you're here. For a limited time only, get your mac and cheese at 1/2 off with every purchase of a platter, sandwich or burger.

We're LOVING Summer in the City
Summer in the city for us, was kicked off with an awesome 1st of July Celebration!
We had tons of people come by for our Burger / Pulled Pork Special. People were driving down Third and Carroll, doing a double-take on our "construction" signs and free smells from our outside grill AND it was HOT and SMOKY! Fingers crossed, this was a small preview of whats to come for the rest of our summer. If you missed it, we'll probably bring it back with a different menu.
The weekend for some of us continued with a picnic in GGP and spectacular fireworks at the Pier. I must say that they outdid themselves compared to last year's, with the help of a very clear sky at the wharf.
So now that we're back, with a nasty uneven tan, we're showcasing our SUMMER drinks - a sweet Peach Iced Black Tea and a refreshing Lemon Limeade with a touch of Mint. (photos to come). Come ask for a sample, or just take our word and get a whole cup to yourself. It's delicious!

Sneak Peak - "Burger Day / Pulled Pork Sandwich Day"
We're getting ready for Friday's 1st of July Celebration aka "Burger Day / Pulled Pork Sandwich Day". Here's a sneak preview:

It won't actually come on a ceramic plate, it'll be more like a take-out box, and you'll get your choice of potato salad, coleslaw, baked beans with pork, steak chili with onions and cheese or seasoned fries as your side. PLUS a small (16 oz) fountain soda.
We'll also be promoting our refreshing peach black iced tea and perhaps one other summer-only drink, which we're currently concocting in our kitchen. Check back soon! There might be new photos.
